Overview:
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of a designated residential development. This role includes supervising frontline staff to ensure high-quality service delivery, building positive relationships with residents, owners’ committees, and other stakeholders, and supporting the Property Manager in executing strategic initiatives to elevate service standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders by attending regular site meetings
  • Assist in strategic planning to enhance property service levels
  • Oversee daily site operations, regularly review SOPs, and streamline workflows in alignment with brand standards
  • Monitor budget controls, support energy and cost-saving initiatives, and contribute to revenue generation
  • Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and support talent development

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Property Management or a related field, along with a valid PMP license (Tier 1 or 2)
  • 8 -10 years of hands-on experience in residential property management, including direct engagement with owners’ committees
  • Solid understanding of relevant ordinances and documents, including the DMC and BMO
  • Security training certification is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
