Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Management Team to handle daily operations of the office tower.
  • Provide excellent customer services to tenants and visitors at the Concierge counter.
  • Handle general enquiries and complaints with professional customer services manner.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with visitors and tenants.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines. 
  • Relevant experience in customer services, property management or related industries.
  • Excellent command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
