Overview:
The Senior Clubhouse Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of a designated residential clubhouse. This includes overseeing facility and pool management, vendor and contractor administration, service contract renewals, interest class coordination, procurement, safety checks, general office tasks, and resident engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily clubhouse operations, ensuring consistent service delivery
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities are in good working condition
- Administer service contracts and oversee vendor performance and contractor relationships
- Address resident inquiries and feedback, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
- Plan, organize, and promote recreational activities and interest classes
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline with 6–8 years of experience in residential clubhouse management
- Proven experience in team supervision and vendor coordination
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and courteous attitude
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Willingness to perform shift duties
