Overview:
The Senior Property Officer plays a key role in delivering comprehensive and effective property management services for a commercial building. This role ensures smooth daily operations, oversees maintenance and facilities management, and supervises outsourced service providers such as security, cleaning, and technical teams. The position also supports administrative duties within the Management Office and handles tenant‑related matters, including inquiries, tenancy coordination, and operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assess the performance of outsourced contractors, including security, cleaning, technical, and other service providers.
- Support Management Office administration, including budgeting, procurement, periodic audits, and preparing incident or operational reports.
- Handle and resolve tenants’ enquiries, service requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct surprise inspections during non-office hours and implement preventive security and operational measures; responsible for special daily inspections, weekly night checks and quarterly security planning.
- Coordinate with tenants, internal teams, and external stakeholders on building operations, repairs, and compliance matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in property or facilities management, preferably within commercial buildings.
- Experience in tenant liaison, building operations, and contractor management is highly preferred.
- Possession of a valid security training certificate is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of relevant building management regulations, lease requirements, and industry standards.
