Senior Property Officer

Overview:
The Senior Property Officer plays a key role in delivering comprehensive and effective property management services at a residential site. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, overseeing site maintenance, and managing outsourced service providers including landscaping, security, and cleaning teams. The role also involves general administrative duties within the Management Office and handling estate-related matters such as liaising with the owners' committee and addressing residents' enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of all outsourced contractors, including cleaning, security, landscaping, and other service providers.
- Support office administration tasks at the Management Office, including budget planning, procurement, periodic audits, and drafting incident reports.
- Address and resolve residents’ complaints and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct surprise inspections during non-office hours and implement preventive security measures; responsible for daily special inspections, weekly night checks (10%), and quarterly security planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in property management and customer service.
- Prior experience working with owners' committees is highly preferred.
- Possession of a valid security training certificate is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC) and Building Management Ordinance (BMO).
