Senior Technical Officer (Commercial Building)

Role and Responsibilities

• To be responsible for operation and maintenance of building services systems and building facilities.
• To be responsible for taking over of new building services systems with participation of testing and commissioning works.
• To assist Duty Engineer to supervise a technical team to ensure reliable technical service delivery for tenants.
• To review and recommend environmental protection measures for the purpose of energy and cost saving.
• To assist procurement of maintenance services and materials.
• To ensure that all technical works can fulfill relevant statutory requirements.
• To work on shift if needed 

Requirements

• Holder of Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4-year post-qualification experience in maintenance, operation and taking over of new commercial properties, monitoring and supervising testing and commissioning works in relation to construction, refurbishment and maintenance of high-end commercial properties.  
• With good organizing skill, and be able to work under pressure with tight timeline and multi-tasking capability. 
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Officer
