Responsibilities
- Source and supervise competent repair contractors to ensure timely and effective repair of facilities across the site.
- Oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance technicians to support daily operations and uphold service standards.
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly maintenance plans and schedules tailored to site needs.
- Lead procurement and tendering exercises for maintenance-related services and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Conduct regular safety drills and maintenance audits to ensure optimal performance and reliability of building systems.
- Manage the takeover of new building services systems, including active participation in testing and commissioning activities.
- Review and recommend environmental protection measures to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure all technical works comply with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and internal standards.
- Respond to technical issues and service requests from residents with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and service contracts.
Requirements
- Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in residential or commercial property maintenance, including testing and commissioning, and overseeing refurbishment and construction works.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
