Responsibilities

  • Source and supervise competent repair contractors to ensure timely and effective repair of facilities across the site.
  • Oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance technicians to support daily operations and uphold service standards.
  • Develop and implement monthly and quarterly maintenance plans and schedules tailored to site needs.
  • Lead procurement and tendering exercises for maintenance-related services and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
  • Conduct regular safety drills and maintenance audits to ensure optimal performance and reliability of building systems.
  • Manage the takeover of new building services systems, including active participation in testing and commissioning activities.
  • Review and recommend environmental protection measures to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure all technical works comply with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and internal standards.
  • Respond to technical issues and service requests from residents with professionalism and urgency.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and service contracts.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in residential or commercial property maintenance, including testing and commissioning, and overseeing refurbishment and construction works.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
