Overview:
The Technical Officer is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and technical coordination of assigned sites. The role supports day‑to‑day operations, planned works, and project activities across different stages of the site lifecycle, including handover, renovation, and ongoing management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of repair, maintenance, and technical works.
- Oversee the performance of on‑site maintenance personnel and support daily operational needs.
- Manage procurement and tendering processes for maintenance works, services, and technical projects.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and improvement works according to site requirements.
- Support and monitor fit‑out, renovation, A&A, or project works, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and provide technical advice to facilitate smooth site operations at various stages.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
- Relevant experience in building services, E&M maintenance, project coordination, renovation, or A&A works; candidates with less experience will also be considered.
- Good understanding of applicable regulations, procedures, standards, and codes of practice.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work across different site conditions and project stages.
