Senior Officer - Sales & Marketing (Special Projects)
Overview:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Officer to play a pivotal role in supporting sales projects, driving direct sales initiatives, and fostering effective partnerships with property agents. The ideal candidate should demonstrate key attributes such as being self-driven, detail-oriented, resilient, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
• Provide essential support to sales projects through direct sales efforts and collaborative interactions with property agents.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to streamline sales operations and enhance property promotion strategies.
• Offer valuable administrative assistance to team and site offices, especially during significant sales launch activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline along with 4 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
• Self-motivated and driven team player, displaying a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), and adequate computer skills.
