Manager - Client Development

In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients to maintain long-term relationship.

Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining relationships with High-net-worth clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
• Establishing new partnerships/channels to acquire new clients
• To generate leads and prospects in order to identify sales opportunities
• Working closely with teams across the business to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships through up-selling or cross-selling
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, problems, and VOCs raised by clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience in sales and HNW Clients relationship management experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and proactive
• Attention to details and diligent

• Priority for those who hold the estate agent's license
• Business travel is required

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
