Overview:
The Property Officer is responsible for ensuring effective property management services at a residential site. This role is vital for the smooth operation of the site, overseeing outsourced landscaping, security, cleaning, and general administration at the Management Office. The officer assists team leaders in managing estate affairs, including interactions with the owners' committee and addressing residents' inquiries. 


Responsibilities:
•    Supervise the performance of outsourced contractors in cleaning, security, and landscaping.
•    Assist with office administrative tasks.
•    Address residents' complaints and inquiries, offering effective solutions.
•    Conduct surprise inspections during non-office hours and implement proactive security measures.


Requirements:
•    4-5 years of experience in Property Management with a strong understanding of the Building Management Ordinance.
•    Hold a degree or diploma in Property Management or equivalent qualification.
•    Possess a PMP (Tier 2) license.
•    Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
•    Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
