Clubhouse Officer
Responsibilities:
• Perform clubhouse management and to ensure smooth daily operations. • Monitor the general inspection of clubhouse areas and to ensure all clubhouse facilities are in good conditions.
• Perform vendor management and supervise vendor’s performance.
• Manage contractor administration and service contract renewal.
• Plan, organize and promote recreational activities and interest classes in the clubhouse.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
• 2 years + residential properties clubhouse experiences.
• Proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills, polite and willing to learn.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Shift duty is required.
