Assistant Duty Property Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and management services.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and support marketing events, including on-site event setup and monitoring.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to local and overseas customers and tourists; handle inquiries and complaints across various touchpoints.

  • Support daily operations at the Customer Service Counter

  • Manage social media content, coordinate with vendors to enhance social media platforms, improve user experience, and strengthen AOS branding.

  • Execute emergency procedures in accordance with company policies.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines

  • 1-2 years of tourism-related experiences

  • Experience in entertainment industry or multi-purposes venue is preferred

  • Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin; knowledge of other foreign language is a plus

  • Good computer skills, especially MS Office, Excel

  • Shift Duty is required
