Assistant Duty Property Officer
Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and management services.

Collaborate with internal departments and support marketing events, including on-site event setup and monitoring.

Deliver high-quality customer service to local and overseas customers and tourists; handle inquiries and complaints across various touchpoints.

Support daily operations at the Customer Service Counter

Manage social media content, coordinate with vendors to enhance social media platforms, improve user experience, and strengthen AOS branding.

Execute emergency procedures in accordance with company policies.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree holder in any disciplines

1-2 years of tourism-related experiences

Experience in entertainment industry or multi-purposes venue is preferred

Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin; knowledge of other foreign language is a plus

Good computer skills, especially MS Office, Excel

Shift Duty is required
