Customer Service Officer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Management Team in the daily operations of the Grade A office tower.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors at the Concierge counter.
  • Address general inquiries and complaints with a professional customer service approach.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with visitors and tenants.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments and fulfill other duties as necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree/diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related fields.
  • Possess relevant experience in customer service, property management, or related industries.
  • Demonstrate a customer-oriented mindset with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Have a proficient command of spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
