Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Management Team in the daily operations of the Grade A office tower.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors at the Concierge counter.
- Address general inquiries and complaints with a professional customer service approach.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with visitors and tenants.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments and fulfill other duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Hold a degree/diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related fields.
- Possess relevant experience in customer service, property management, or related industries.
- Demonstrate a customer-oriented mindset with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Have a proficient command of spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
- Proficiency in MS Office
