Manager - Finance & Accounts

We are seeking a commercially driven FP&A professional to co‑lead the leasing and retail FP&A function and act as a trusted finance business partner to leasing teams. This role plays a key part in driving budgeting, forecasting and revenue analysis, while providing financial insights to support leasing strategies and commercial decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for designated business units, ensuring alignment with leasing strategies and business objectives.
• Monitor and manage leasing rent rolls, including base rent, turnover rent and licence income.
• Review leasing proposals and provide financial input on deal structures and revenue optimisation opportunities.
• Develop long‑term rental projections and financial models for various leasing scenarios.
• Maintain dashboards and visualisation tools to track leasing performance and revenue trends.
• Coach junior team members to ensure timely, accurate P&L reporting and analytical support.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with 6 years or above relevant experience in Corporate FP&A and finance business partnering.
• Prior exposure to retail, mall or leasing environments is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and hands‑on FP&A expertise.
• Proven ability to analyse complex leasing and rental data.
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion and Tableau is an advantage.
