Assistant Manager - Technical

Responsibilities 

• Oversee maintenance, operation and refurbishment of large scale commercial properties

• Manage contractor on engineering issues / works

• Vet tenant fit-out submission, reinstatement, minor alteration & modification / addition works in the light of commercial required quality control

• Coordinate with tenants, leasing team and interior design team to facilitate tenant fit-out works are technically and commercially sound

• Formulate technical strategies and streamline procedures to enhance technical team's overall efficiency and effectiveness

• Ensure all technical setup and performance are fully comply with the current local legislation

• Manage and coordinate with Management Office related to technical issues

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Senior Management

Requirements

• Degree holder in building services, electrical or mechanical related discipline. Experience in MVAC system and/or chiller system is preferred

• MHKIE (Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical) or equivalent professional qualification is preferred

• Minimum 10 years' experience in building services, preferably in commercial building maintenance with 4 years at supervisory level

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
