Role And Responsibilities:
- To provide high quality front desk service, communicate and greet guests in professional manner
- To handle in-coming telephone calls, letters and faxes, monitor stationary and pantry supplies replenishment
- To maintain conference rooms bookings, arrange courier service, maintain log of courier deliveries
- To provide support in any new initiatives and projects
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ customer service experience, preferably in a sizable company or hospitality/ airline industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presentable, cheerful, positive and independent
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediately available is preferred
