Customer Service Officer (Commercial Building)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Management Team to handle daily operations of the newly built office tower
  • Provide excellent customer services to tenants and visitors at the Concierge counter
  • Handle general enquiries and complaints with professional customer services manner
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with visitors and tenants
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines 
  • Relevant experience in customer services, property management or related industries
  • Excellent command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
