Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Management Team to handle daily operations of the newly built office tower
- Provide excellent customer services to tenants and visitors at the Concierge counter
- Handle general enquiries and complaints with professional customer services manner
- Establish and maintain good relationship with visitors and tenants
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
- Relevant experience in customer services, property management or related industries
- Excellent command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS office
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
