Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Management Team to handle daily operations of the office tower.
- Provide excellent customer services to tenants and visitors at the Concierge counter.
- Handle general enquiries and complaints with professional customer services manner.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with visitors and tenants.
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines.
- Relevant experience in customer services, property management or related industries.
- Excellent command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
