Assistant Manager - Legal

In this role, you will play a key role in handling real estate transactions, project conveyancing, and regulatory liaisons. Ideal candidates hold a degree in a Legal-related field, possess over 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese. Responsibilities
•    Assist in the procedures and documentation related to project conveyancing for residential and non-residential properties, as well as first-hand sales of residential properties.
•    Address the acquisition and disposal of real estate transactions, mortgage matters, tenancies, and licenses.
•    Coordinate with the Companies Registry, Land Registry, Stamp Office, and other internal and external stakeholders.
•    Undertake clerical and administrative tasks as assigned, ensuring meticulous record-keeping, timely filings, and meeting deadlines.
•    Support the team with any additional duties as required.

Requirements
•    A degree or graduate diploma in legal discipline.
•    Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property development or a law firm with demonstrated expertise in project conveyancing and property transactions.
•    Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
•    Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
•    Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
